If it were your wife or daughter who was the intended victim and your home invaded in the dead of night, I don't think you would feel that his sentence was too long. The sentence is not out of line with a typical South Florida burglary offense. As far as Stallworth is concerned (also South Florida), he obviously paid a lot of money, either/or both to his attorney, the victim's family, and the election campaign committee of the local prosecutor and/or judge.
