This is a non-issue every time a thread like this is started. The two schools who are furthest from Atlanta are a combined 3-4 in SECCG's.
The four schools who are furthest from Atlanta are a combined 9-6 in SECCG's.
Clearly it's fair enough.

there are other issues pertaining to fairness beyond game outcome effects.
1. should the same fanbases have to suffer the inconvenience and expense of long travel?
2. should only one community derive the financial windfall?
