Preseason question

How are the schedules for preseason determined? We play all AFC teams this year and it seems like we play the Texans, Bengals and Dolphins a lot. I would like to see them play some different teams

Not sure about everything here, but I do know that Houston and NO have an agreement to play in the preseason for a while to come now bcs we are "Neighboring Cities".

From what I understand some teams have arrangements with other teams to play eachother, and the rest is just assigned, there's not a complicated formula like the reg season

I would rather them not play ANY preseason teams, and not charge me full price for two preseason games when the tickets cannot be given away
