What should my wife and I order there this weekend. Is the tasting good or should I go with something else. Thanks.

definitely not an expert, only went once and I think the tasting would be great, all the courses are so much fun. Didn't do the tasting, so I had the scallops and liked them but not big on the creole spin with andouille. The bf had the salmon and said it was amazing.

As long you like dessert a reasonable amount, the dessert tasting (I've only been for that) is worth every penny of the $47.
Definitely a lot of fun, and pretty much everything about it will blow your mind...

Fois Gras BLT, Crab Salad
Duck, Fish n chips, Vensison
Grilled Cheese
Do the tasting menu if that is an option for you.

How expensive are we talking for two people? Could I walk in with a Franklin, not drink, and have enough?

$100 cannot cover two people there...you could come reasonably close, I guess.
Appetizer and entree for one person is going to be in the neighborhood of $60 - then you have dessert & something to drink.
