Er, they were in a jail cell. You don't get to just walk around when you want to. The sisters were let out by the guards.

They show the rapes a couple of times.....once in the laundry when everyone was out working. And there may be others, but another one was in the movie theater film room. They were all out of their cells so I don't get your point.
