IMO
you really have to pick and choose your upsets. Because when you miss you get that game wrong plus the games that are upsets. I go with the higher seeds until it gets down to around the 12 vs 5 match up. Then I have to have a really good feeling to take a 12 or an 11. The 9 and 10 seeds are always great to look at for upsets IMO. I went 26 of 32 and have 14 teams left in my sweet 16. Wake and FSU were the 2 teams I had in the Sweet 16 that went down.
