Tie dye looter

I don't mean to start another looter thread, but I was playing around with the lootie source image I had and randomly decided to put him in tie dye. I didn't want to rob anyone of the photo so enjoy.
And add a little more color.

The software I use is called paint.net so I don't have a lot of the tools everyone else has. I just did a new layer with a raidial gradient with a bunch of colors and set the layer to overlay. Then I just erased outside of his shirt and did a few quick feathering/gaussian blur touches. Honestly I think Paint.net after downloading a few plugins is the best freeware on the market. Extremely user friendly and insanely powerful. Its just missing a few things.
