The Kurds and the CIA

Did the Kurds really keep weapons intended for the Iranian people or was this another deception tactic from the CIA to make it seem like the people were still unarmed.
Is this so-called cease fire going to allow movement of the population to arm themselves against the IRGC if these weapons suddenly show up?
Didn't Trump Tweet "maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen" earlier, as a sign to the Iranians to be prepared to fight to take their country back!
I don't think Trump can trust the regime or Israel not to break the cease fire and hopefully would have a plan to keep our troops out and allow the Iranians to fight for their freedom with a little support for the U.S.A.

They can start but will need air support. They have no armor or choppers. Once Iran breaks the cease fire, we can mow down Iranian armor, choppers and troops. But they have no choice without air support.
