I need a (potential) Mike Wilson replacement

Yahoo standard scoring (no PPR)
WR1: Mike Evans
WR2: Mike Wilson.
If MHJ comes back then Wilson is a sit. Problem is, the rest of my WR corp isn't exactly world beaters right now:
Jettas vs Giants. Great matchup, hasnt been able to produce at all since JJ returned at QB. Had a couple TD chances against the Cowboys last week though
Tet vs Bucs. Tet is completely boom or bust and only has 5 catches in his last 3 games. 2 of those were TDs though.
Jakobi vs Denver. By far the most consistent WR of these 3 but has a terrible matchup against Denver. If he draws Surtain then its lights out goodnight.
Bonus question. If Wilson is still a go because MHJ sits, would you play Hampton vs Cowboys as flex or any of the 3 WRs above?
Semi's vs Father in Law. I. Cannot. Lose.

my hot take is that even if MHJR is back Wilson isn't a sit. Brissett will throw it 30+ times and MHJR, McBride and Wilson will all get 10+ targets.

Unfortunately the Arizona offense only supports 2 receivers - McBride and whoever is occupying the WR1 slot. In the games that both Wilson and MHJ have played (and MHJ finished), Wilson has been basically useless for fantasy. He simply wont get enough looks.
