Anyone ever refinance with Bank of America ( business loan)

What kind of business loan? SBA, real estate etc? Usually BOA can be absolutely miserable to deal with honestly. I’m a commercial broker and been doing this 30 years. Email me. If it’s real estate you want to do 504 right now if you’re still higher LTV from when you bought it. An SBA 504 is probably going to have a blended rate of mid-6% on a 25 year amortization.
