1. LSU - key here is defense. If the new D-coordinator can give us a top 3 SEC defense (and I think they will). Then LSU wins the west. Really all they need to do is improve the secondary and decrease offensive turnovers. Otherwise it will be Ole Miss who returns a lot of key starters.

3. Bama - QB growing pains are likely
4. Arky - they should start to turn around
5. AU - wow. what a difference a year makes
6. Moo
Whoever wins the west will probably get a beat down from UF in the SEC championship.
