Golesh vs Gruden

The one who’s actually coached recently and not in his 60s

I will never understand the love for Gruden. He was essentially a .500 coach in the NFL and has 5 seasons of experience in college as a GA or assistant...and that was nearly 35 years ago!

He's a great coach. He was not a good GM at Tampa. He had the Raiders headed in the right direction before the NFL threw him under the bus. Look at them now.

I think Gruden could do great in college.

I'm a Raiders fan. He was building a good squad just a few years ago.
