In Legends of the Fall was Tristan at fault or do you believe following his spirit was the right way. When he got back from his years long journey was he right to be sad at the woman he let go.

He's at fault for his wife getting killed. He's arguably at fault for Samuel getting killed. He's at fault for his father stroking out. He's pretty much at fault for Susannah's suicide.
