Don't think they should rush it since Nat's season is pretty much over already.

He just needs to stay healthy so probably a couple weeks. Only played 4 innings in his first game tonight.
It’s Dylan Crews bobblehead night on 9/13 when they play against the Pirates.

Just an FYI: The maximum length of a mlb rehab assignment is 20 days for position players and 30 days for pitchers.

He has 158 at bats this season and his batting average is .196
That is terrible.
He needs to stay in AA until he figures out how to hit again.

He was hitting about .250 if you exclude first month of the season. Believe it or not, it takes a little while to get used to MLB pitching

Under your same logic, Bergman should have been sent down every season. Some guys start slow!

This is his second year in MLB. His first year was not much better. Only hitting .218. This season it is .196. I’m a fan but he is really struggling.

He did start out historically bad this season but seemed to be hitting better before he got hurt.

He was catching his groove right before he got hurt. He’s gonna be good, the power was starting to come on. The Nats desperately need to get some pitching and another power bat in the offseason

Tell us you don't watch MLB without telling us you don't watch MLB.

He hit a HR in his last 2 games prior to injury and another a couple games prior. Also has 11 stolen bases iirc. He's gonna be just fine.

Since fielding or base running doesn't matter in your terrible take.
Which of these outfielders would you prefer the Nationals deploy in lieu of their 1st round, 2nd overall draft pick Crews?
Jacob Young - 26 year old, 3 career homers in 800+ at bats,
or
Daylen Lile - 22 year old, 2 career homers in 150+ at bats,
or
Robert Hassell III - 23 year old, 1 career homer in 78 at bats,
or
Christian Franklin - 25 year old, 0 career MLB at bats.
