This season is one of many examples why fans shouldn’t make definitive judgements on a team in April. Another example is the ‘24 team, which was well below .500 in SEC play in the first half of the league schedule. That team, left for dead, finished strong and were 2 outs away from hosting a Super Regional that they probably would’ve won against West Virginia.

Same… didn’t like Blair right after he started, he’s grown on me a tiny bit but still prefer Hawthorne. I feel like Blair watched this video and took the “Tigers win, Tigers win” line and has ruined it. Nothing peeves me more than when we beat a nobody 16-2 and when the game finally ends he casually says “tigers win, tigers win”… like that line is for heat of the moment Walkoff unbelievable endings and it just comes out with passion. But he uses it at the final over every game. Can’t stand it.

I agree, just saying many felt there we so many holes with this team mid season (i.e. the bullpen, bats going on cold streaks)
