Having issue transferring tickets

SeatGeek will not allow me to send my tickets to a buyer. Anyone know why?

It should give you a reason... did you check your email?

it doesn’t give me a reason/no email from seatgeek

So they paid on Seatgeek and now they cant get the tickets? Ive sold my baseball tickets on SG and never had to transfer the tickets myself.
