Football Season Ticket Upgrade Question

Made a slight mistake when upgrading my season tickets just now and didn’t remove my old 4, so now I have 8 total. I emailed the ticket office asking to get these removed from my account. Has anyone else had any experience with this? If they don’t remove them I’ll just try to sell them. TIA

Call them. They usually answer the phone. Very pleasant to deal with in my experience.

Call them…they have always been very responsive when I have needed help.
