President Donald Trump's approval rating among millennials has ticked upward for the first time in months, according to new polling data.

Millennials, typically defined as people born between 1981 and 1996, represent the largest bloc of the U.S. electorate.

After months of decline, Trump's approval rating among millennials has made a sharp and surprising rebound, according to a new YouGov/The Economist poll conducted May 9–12 among 1,850 adults.

Among Americans aged 30 to 44—a core segment of the millennial generation—Trump's approval jumped to 46 percent in May, up from 38 percent in April. That eight-point surge marks the largest one-month increase recorded for any demographic group in the poll. In March, his approval in the same age range stood at 43 percent, suggesting that May's gain represents a full reversal of the recent downward trend. The poll has a margin of error of ±3.4 percentage points.

The Millennial generation is split into two groups - the older 40s aged that fell for the Obama is Jesus Christ message while also preaching atheism and Medicare for all, and the younger late 20s/30s Trumpism Millennials.

Well Millennials have jobs and responsibility now, so that tends to lean people right.

There's a huge amount of millennials who voted for Obama then Trump. The Obama years were terrible for millennials, who were at the age to be starting careers and families at the time. Obama failed to really fix or solve anything after the Bush years and left many millennials in particular disillusioned with politics, leading many of them to either go towards the Trump populism or the commie social justice shite.

Probably because I live in state that voted Obama twice and then turned solid red immediately after him but I've met so many people who fell for the obama shite back in 2008 who are pretty far right leaning now and would never vote for a democrat ever again.

I’m telling you guys that 14-15 year old crowd who will be eligible to vote in 2028 is absolutely based beyond anything you can imagine.

They watch zero cable/mainstream news. They are the podcast generation. Couple that with a bunch of BoomerFigs who won’t be here in 2028 it’s going to be a long 12 years for team hormone blockers
