is RS lives up to the hype we have two guys capable of starting (RS and JJ) so hed be the third string...if he really needs to hatch can be that guy to come in and run the offense (hes very mistake free)

You ever watch this kid throw a pass...it leaves a lot to be desired.
But whoever plays QB at LSU, I will support..and if that is RS, then I will be happy and support him.

If RS lives up to the hype ... ?
Uh, with him it's not about hype, but rather his eye-popping athletic ability, plus the staggering stats -- running for 300 and passing for 200 in playoff games. I do believe he ran for close to a thousand yards in his three playoffs at the highest classification level in Texas. Hype doesn't explain that.
Have I seen him throw? Yes, plenty of times. His arm is good. He can sling it. Sitting in the pocket and reading a defense is not what he can do yet. It's been too easy for him to just take off and run for a touchdown.
I'd like to see JJ continue his progress, and for Shepard to get his hands on the football more then a few times next season, whether he throws it or not.
