Of course they are, that way they can publicize their fealty to the green agenda. But, I will guarantee you that they will have (and can afford) sufficient electrical back-up produced from coal, gas, and water.
I have a relative that is currently building Microsoft Data Centers outside of a large southern city. They have money to burn...
