I would like to think so, but Trump was hindered last time by the "Deep State" and his bad hirings.

Also, unless industries is willing to invest due to expecting a good ROI, they are not going to put big money down on something that can be stopped in four years by the use of a "phone and a pen."

That is why the ability to produce gas from oil has been going down of late; industry is not willing to invest in something that the left will outlaw in the next adminstration.
