Depends how much you can spend, and how quick easy results you want. Cheapest but takes months is 12% Hydroquinine, you can get from GP, dermatologist, esthetician, or musley. It’s $30-$100, depending where you get it. It’s all the same but some have to pay for marketing. You have to cycle it, or it can make the pigmentation worse. I think it’s 3 months on 2 off.
It would be best if you do a bbl, broad band light therapy in conjunction with the cream. You don’t do it over the beard, so partial face should be $300 or less. Do 2 bbl 6 months apart and the cream should be mostly gone. The 1 bbl per year, and big hat or sunscreen anytime you are out more than 30 min. When UV index is low maybe longer. Elta is a good brand sunscreen.
