What I meant was I’m going to have king oyster mushrooms as a side.
So, you’re suggesting Risotto with them cooked in?
My first thought was a bone in ribeye w/ broccolini and king oyster mushrooms. Only suggestions in a quick google is sautéed. I don’t think they’ll grill well like a portobello.
