So if somehow the public school could reduce their costs by $13,000 for each voucher to send a kid to private school for $7,000 it would be a bargain. I guess they need the private school types to improve test scores. Plus, they have no incentive to actually reduce costs. In Mississippi, we could save a running ton of money just by consolidating school districts. We have way too many with extreme administrative overhead.
