Not even federal judges have authority here - these types of national security issues are entirely within the purview of the President. Courts can be told to get lost and then challenged to keep the border open themselves, and they can even be looked at for subverting US law, which is what they've been doing for decades. You should look at the history of the amnesty from decades ago that judges are still granting to people. Oh and Chuck Schumer was involved in all of that. He's been trying to destroy this nation for decades.
