These liberal suburban moms can’t deal with the empty nest. They’ve likely driven their kids crazy so they don’t call or visit. Their husbands would’ve left them as soon as young Jimmy headed off to college, but it’s cheaper to keep her. Even the other women in those circles can’t stand each other. So eventually they foster dogs. Illegals are their new dogs. That’s how it works.
