QBs in the draft are kind of like buying a new car, the moment you drive it off the lot the value dips considerably (until they perform)

If you sit Pennix for even a year, teams aren’t going to be antsy to trade when you randomly decide to get rid of him. That’s going to make them wonder why they are waiving the white flag already. You’ll get at best a mid round pick.
