By the time they are 19-20 they have basically aged out of the Olympics. That’s not to say there aren’t still college age girls in the Olympics, but it’s just not as common.
It’s actually more common for Olympic gymnasts to go to college after the Olympics and not the other way around (like Sunisa Lee, she won the Gold in all around in 2020 and now she’s on Auburn’s team).

Our entire roster in 2024 could be 20+
Can only take five and all below will be in contention
1. Biles, near lock, 27
2. Shilese Jones, 21, 22 when games start, near lock
3. Suni Lee, 21
4. Gabby Douglas, 28 (depends on rehab progress)
