Are you suggesting that the court (or prosecution) should automatically run a criminal background check on every member of the venire and provide a "rap sheet" for each venireman to all counsel? I am not aware of any jurisdiction that currently does so, though there may be some out there.
They should change the venue to upstate NY where Trump can actually get a fair trial.
