I'd absolutely support an immediate appropriations to install blocks or concrete dolphins to deflect ships away from the bridge piers.
It's too bad we just allocated $100 billion to Ukraine and Isreal. On top of the $60 billion we sent to Ukraine last month.

I would like to know what the Ukrainian fat cats in government are doing with that kind of scratch. 160 billion dollars in two months is a lot of money for a small country that pretty much every one evacuated before the war.
Wasn’t one of the big government big wigs seen driving around in a sports car in war torn country?
