My brother in law got hit by 480 when some dumbass removed his lock out. He worked for a company that built giant cardboard compactors.

Blew him off the scaffold (10 feet high) and burned all the hair off his body and all his finger and toe nails came off. He was in intensive care for weeks. I dont know how he survived.
