2014 F150 crew cab 4x4 with 112,000 miles.
$0 on oil changes. I bought the truck new from Sterling Ford in Opelousas and it came with free lifetime oil changes.
New set of tires a couple years ago for $1,200.
Changed my brake pads last year for $90.
Changed the battery for $120.
Changing my spark plugs soon myself.
Couple of inexpensive switches and a relay.
That’s it.

I have a 2017 F150. No clue on maintenance but I've replaced tires, battery, wiper blades, air filter and oil changes etc.
I haven't spent anything on non-routine maintenance yet.
