If you read Ukrainian media, people are very unhappy. 50% of the public believe draft dodging is acceptable, and that figure rises to 70% in the south (Odessa). And the TCC appears universally hated.

There was an interview on Ukrainian TV last week with a soldier who’d lost a leg. He referred to it as lucky wound, because it ended his war. Permanent mobilization is seen as a death sentence among the conscripts.

Odessa has like 5% of the population left. Where you get that info Russian media?

That was months ago. One person who just lost a leg.
