How does a person have control over this?

It’s the overall culture in black America. But feel free to find an issue with this and not see my point. Enable black Americans to stay the course. The 70% single motherhood rate has worked out really well for them.

Not even when the Republican candidate is an avowed racist?

Define “avowed racist” because I don’t know of any. If they publicly say “I want all blacks unemployed and back in chains,” sure, don’t vote for them. You’d have to exclude Donald Trump from that, though, as black unemployment rate was lowest in history in December 2019. Such a mean racist he was. Very bad at being a racist, but he definitely was because the media told us. Mean, mean racist.

However, if you mean “Democrats called him a racist to scare black people because he’s a white conservative,” then you’re an idiot for thinking that qualifies as “avowed racist.” It doesn’t. Democrats and the media are terrible judges of character.

Does speeding count?

Also, there is nothing magical about anything here and I have known several black people who meet every criterion you posted except maybe they have sped a time or two. They did not seem magical to me, just good folks.

Depends on what you call “magical”, maybe “very very very small minority” is more appropriate. But play semantics if you want. Pretend their shite doesn’t stink. Good for you that you know several black people that meet every criterion I posted, though I have a hard time believing that, considering 90% of them continue to vote Democrat in every election which has been the kiss of death for black America since the Johnson administration, 70% are from single mother households, they are responsible for 50% of the murders, they continue to score lowest on testing and therefore have to be graded on a curve to get into colleges, etc.

The black people you know that “meet every criterion” are in the very, very, very small minority. Hence, magical.
