Sure.

I don't like it when people drive 54 in a 55 when I'm out for a drive on the weekend. That doesn't mean they're doing anything wrong. It just means they aren't doing what I want them to do.

What’s the reasoning for putting hazards on when it’s raining heavy?

Right, but where I live, in Louisiana, it is illegal (wrong). Is that enough, in your opinion, to validate the frustration, even if minor? Isn't that the whole point of this board?
