And that was behind the push to get every child on ADD medicine. The child is classified as disabled and the state pays more money to the school.
We resisted, they were freaking ruthless, we switched to private and then home school.
A public school administrator later admitted they were doing it for more money.
They don't care about the children, only the money.

Public Schools are funding farms and job creators.
A lot of panic in this thread, but no real reasons why public schools should remain a monopoly for most LA kids.
Its a broken, busted model.
