Because we didn't stop them from coming here. We sat by for decades entertained by the TV, interwebs and good times and figured the issue would somehow resolve itself through time.
The same thing continues today. We accept the unacceptable more and more from our federal government.
From flooding our nation with illegals, giving our tax dollars to the Taliban and Iran, watching daily our federal government being weaponized against us, etc.... we accept it. It will only get worse until it finally collapses.
