re: Driving to Disney World

Drove from Bossier City several times. It takes around 15 hours with a few bathroom and food stops. Leave at 2am and get there between 5 and 6 pm. Getting there isn't as bad as coming home, Disney World is not a relaxing vacation, it's work if you want to do as much as possible in your time there. Up at the crack of dawn for early hours and stay late for extra magic time in the evening.
The last few times we went, we stopped in Destin for a few days to relax at the beach for a vacation from our vacation. It was well worth it.
