Just here to have a pity party. I spend a lot of time in the yard and take pride in it looking 100. Last year it looked as good as it has ever looked for most of the year. Then the brown patch fairy came in early October and ruined everything (St. Aug front yard). Most of that is coming back, but now my back yard looks like a war zone. It's mostly centipede and rarely gets fungal problems. Well, this year, the brown patch fairy visited the back yard right at green up. shite looks like trash. I hit it with fungicide, but it will take a while to recover.

On top of that, the extra wet winter has caused some areas of my back yard to sink. An area I leveled off and sodded now has low spots with water holding (I demoed an old pool). So looks like I'll have to fill some areas in. My neighbors have yards full of weeds and they neglect their yard most of the year, yet they are green and fungi-free. Sometimes I want to throw in the towel.

Thanks for listening. lol
