The person I refer to will paint an extremely rosey picture about the experience of working for Disney while describing absolutely horrendous working conditions.

Horrendous working conditions are slave labor in China. Or a 14 year old being forced to work in a diamond mine with little food, water or pay. Not working a few extra hours per week at Disney. You sound like a weenie.
