Vlookup can't look left, xlookup is where it's at.
Sumifs by category would work fine for QOH totals so who knows how they have this thing setup!
It is kind of shocking with the money that these teams have that they're using Excel for anything other than financial data.

Amateur.... I could bust your vlookup easily given it's not dynamic unless you put an =column() that will adjust if columns are added to reference to look-up column.
Index / match is the way
Nonetheless, this is ridiculous for an F1 team. Sadly, i'd expect this out of HAAS.
