Storytime: last summer I was leaving Atlanta when an intermodal truck rolled over directly in front of me on the ramp going from 75n to 285w on the south side of town. I immediately stopped and ran to check on the driver. Climbed on top of the truck and couldn't get in through the passenger side door and I wasn't getting a response from the driver inside. Ran back to my truck to get a crowbar and I swear to you ever vehicle that passed - car, pickup, semi, didn't matter - all of the drivers had their cell phones up to their faces. They could see me acting to possibly save the truck drivers life, and not a damn one of them stopped to help. They just cruised by recording. I saw no less than a dozen faces with cell phones pointed at me. Driver was fine, he woke up a few minutes after i pulled him out. He had a huge gash on his forehead and some broken bones. I had a gash on my arm from where the windshield bit me when i pulled it out. People just want to go viral, nobody wants to help.
