Any Part 61 operation will work then. The benefit of 61 is you can do pretty much any method of training. Meaning, you can join a flight club that has a CFI, you can find a flight school, or even find a CFI who trains in their own plane.

I’d recommend finding a place that allows you to do computer-based learning for ground lessons. Something like Jeppesen or King Air. It will save you a lot of money.

The alternative is to pay your instructor an hourly fee for the ground lessons.

I went to a Jeppesen weekend ground school at a hotel near the Lafayette airport when I got my license. I guess everything has now gravitated to on-line learning.
