They got their liquor license suspended for another 60 days and were fined. A few from the board wanted it revoked, but the others said the fine was enough. The Advocate
They never get permits for events, the neighborhood around them has constantly complained about issues, and now they sell alcohol when they are on suspension.
Every single one of those is a reason that the board has pulled other places licenses before - this place has done all 3.
If this was pretty much any other alcohol establishment it would be shut down. Why are they allowing it to stay open???
