This is what we're going to see with a 12-team playoff to be perfectly honest. Upsets will undoubtedly happen in the first round, but the teams with talent and depth are going to flex their muscle in the later rounds. This isn't the NFL where everyone's roster is close to equal. There is a serious talent discrepancy in major college football that will make for some very boring second and third round games.

I didn't agree with Bama getting in over FSU but, hey probably gave us a better game, and the game was awesome but (we'll never know because everyone opted out against Georgia so that's no honest evidence).

But...what we do know, based on history and the current state of CFB..we're going to get pointless games...and a lot of blowouts.

CFB isn't built like CBB. Its why we were okay with the Poll era...because people kinda knew...yeah that's the best team, because the SEASON told us so...now the season will just be a warm-up, audition for seedings, for the usual suspects.
