Last time we traveled to Atl, we stayed near Sandy Springs, and took MARTA from North Springs to Peachtree.
What I would not recommend is where I stayed in 2019, near Five Points and the old Underground Atlanta, which by then had deteriorated into an open air drug market. Never again
