Can also have them done at Pete Giavinco's (sp?) in St. Rose. Pete packages his with sauce in individual servings (about a dozen) in vacuum bags that you just throw in the microwave, heat and eat. Mickey's are in small bags, again about a dozen per, then in a cardboard box. No sauce. Either are money. Probably 50/50 split on which ones my family and friends like better. They will want you to give them 13 pounds boneless venison-a great way to use some old roasts....
