I agree. I think in my case it’s a matter of not having the important conversations pre-marriage. Wife doesn’t cook. Kids are spoiled. They better hope nothing ever happens to my career.

We mostly cook at home and my wife is an excellent old school, Southern cook. It definitely makes food a much smaller expense for us.
