That ain't privilege, thats simply being out of touch with current affairs and poor money management. It would not be possible to reconcile an account of any sort without having some idea of where the money went unless you are just a poor manager of your life's business. I'd would hazard to say Elon Musk has a lot of money, someone in his pay has an idea of how much he is spending on food. He may not have a clue but someone on the payroll does. Having a rough idea of what something costs is not the same thing as having an exact number...if one reconciles a bank or credit card statement they will, unless they are dumber than a sack of hammers, have a rough idea of where their money is going. If they ain't reconciling statements the sack of hammers is far smarter...
