Are they putting a pin in your wrist?
What about a set of resistance bands? I've got a good set I bought from Amazon that have a 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 lb band. Plus you can hook them together to up the resistance. It came with straps, handles, and an attachment point to put in a door or hook to an anchor. It won't be the same as free weights or cable machines, but you should be able to hit biceps, triceps, and chest without having to grab a handle. Shoulders and rows would be tough though.
